At EHL Group we take pride in our staff and their achievements. We feel a genuine responsibility to each employee to help them progress and succeed.
Our business objectives could not be achieved without our employees. Therefore, it is highly important that we show our appreciation to each and every one of them in order to retain the talent we have attracted.
EHL Group created a Social Committee in 2013 to encourage the social nature, outgoing personalities and integration of our teams. Our social committee arrange events nationwide each year so that our staff can ‘let their hair down’. We appreciate that circumstances make it more difficult for some employees to attend remote events so we will fund (or make contribution to) the costs of travel and accommodation if the venue is of significant distance.
As part of our CSR policy we credit each of our employees with two days Community Leave. These days can be used to get involved in local or national community and charity projects. Where projects are attended at the weekend we will award days in lieu.
We commit to providing training to our staff using our tailored Training Programmes and external training. Learning & Development is used to enhance the skills our staff have so that they can find their full potential, whether that is in their job role or to move into another role. As an internal CPD provider we hold regular training sessions in each office to bring our teams up to scratch on policies, the company, and regulatory updates.
